This expanded edition of my lecture notes has been specially prepared for the 1984 LAS VEGAS DESERT SEMINAR. These comprise my English lecture notes entitled 1 SLEIGHTLY SURPRISING’ and five previously unpublished effects which you will find at the rear of this manuscript.
